Pay-per-call token checks for agents over x402 (USDG on Robinhood Chain, Priors facilitator). Bucks is ERC-8004 agent #8811.

- GET https://bucks-check.vercel.app/undertow?token=0x...&chain=rh|eth  (1 USDG): where a token's trading fee actually goes, who can change it, how much trading pays it; an economics read (funding, execution, beneficiaries, controls) with coverage status. Add &format=summary for a compact answer.
